Terms and Conditions – Game 789 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1Introduction

Welcome to Game 789. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Game 789 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the Game 789 website at game789.im and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, esports betting, casino-style games, Ludo competitions, crash games, virtual sports, card games and all promotional activities.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of Game 789, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2Eligibility

To register and use Game 789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must hold a valid Pakistani bank account, mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) or payment card to make deposits and receive withdrawals in PKR.

Game 789 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on Game 789. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or any combination thereof — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on Game 789, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. This includes your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth and a valid payment method. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date. If any information you provided at registration changes, you must update your account promptly or notify Game 789 support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. Game 789 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us immediately at support@game789.im.

Game 789 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting documentation including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent bank statement or a mobile wallet transaction history. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending successful completion of the verification process.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Game 789 — both deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard payment cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There are no deposit fees applied by Game 789, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — Game 789 is not responsible for any third-party transaction fees.

Funds deposited into your Game 789 balance are available for use immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits are intended solely for use in gaming and betting on the platform. Game 789 is not a banking institution and your Game 789 balance does not earn interest.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Game 789 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any fees deducted by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.
• In cases where the source of funds cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected, Game 789 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits. These specific bonus terms are communicated at the time the offer is presented and form part of this agreement when you opt into a promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on Game 789:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim a bonus across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Withdrawing your deposited balance before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game 789 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. They cannot be transferred between accounts.

6Betting Rules

Game 789 offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup and more), esports (including PUBG Mobile, Valorant, Free Fire, CS2, Dota 2 and others) and virtual sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and esports markets on the platform.

All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. By clicking confirm on your bet slip, you agree to the stake and odds shown — subsequent odds changes do not affect a confirmed bet. The minimum bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on each individual market.

• Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, ESL, Riot Games, Valve etc.). Settlement typically occurs within 15 minutes of the official result being published.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if a match is abandoned, cancelled or if the market is deemed void by Game 789 in accordance with standard market rules. Voided bets do not count towards any wagering requirements.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay after placement to allow for odds recalculation. During this period, Game 789 reserves the right to reject a bet if the odds have changed materially.
• Palpable errors: If odds are published due to a manifest error (for example, a decimal point error resulting in clearly incorrect odds), Game 789 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and to notify affected players promptly.
• Fraud: Any bet placed as part of a fraudulent scheme — including match fixing, collusion or use of automated betting tools — will be voided and the associated account permanently closed.

7Game Rules

Game 789 offers a variety of game categories including Ludo Games, Card Games, Crash Games and Virtual Sports. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface and accessible via the relevant game section pages.

All games on Game 789 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified by a third-party auditing body to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. No player, Game 789 employee or any external party can influence or predict game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or error during a game round that prevents a fair result from being determined, the relevant game round will be voided and any stake placed for that round returned to the player's balance. Game 789 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from technical interruptions.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Game 789. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

• Registering more than one account on Game 789 under any circumstances.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using Game 789 for any money laundering activity or any attempt to obscure the origin of funds.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with Game 789 in a manner not intended for normal human use.

• Participating in any form of collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game 789 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, natural disasters or government actions.
• Any losses you incur as a result of third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of inaccurate or outdated information displayed due to technical faults, subject to such faults being rectified promptly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Game 789's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

Game 789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently for legal or security reasons in which case it may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly displayed. Your continued use of Game 789 after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14Account Termination

You may close your Game 789 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@game789.im or via Live Chat. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process the return of any remaining balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account has been fully verified and there are no outstanding investigations pending.

Game 789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account closure.

Following account closure for breach of these Terms, Game 789 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. You will be notified of the outcome of any such investigation.
